Poppe J. Ommen established BlackFork’s farming operation in Southwestern Minnesota in 1889.

It is in the Spirit of his Entrepreneurial Drive and Strong Individualism, that we select and release our Single Barrel Bourbons. Each unique barrel is hand picked for it’s Nose, Depth and Balance by his 3th great grandson, Gordon Ommen.
