Description
A four grain bourbon, made with care from grain we grow on our 7th generation family farm in South Dakota. Double pot distilled. Aged five years in air-dried American oak.
MASH BILL: 57% corn, 25% wheat, 13% malted barley, and 5% German rye.
TASTING NOTES: A full-bodied bourbon with a soft nose and flavor profile that is a mix of honey and light oak. A long, soft finish with lingering hints of vanilla and oak.
